If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Garments

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
